MAPK10 (Mitogen-activated protein kinase 10) also known as c-Jun N-terminal kinase 3 (JNK3) is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MAPK10 gene. Diseases associated with MAPK10 include Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and pertussis. The related pathways include the interaction between GDNF- family ligands and receptors, apoptosis regulation and signal transduction.
